Hello, Hamari Vaani listeners. This is a reply to Shivang Yadav's question about VI caller tunes on keypad phones. Currently, you cannot activate a caller tune directly from a keypad phone. You must first use a smartphone and the VI app to activate it. After activation, you may be able to change the caller tune by dialing 121 or 1234. A monthly charge may apply.
