Hello, my name is Shobha Ram, and I am 100% visually impaired living in Delhi. Someone had asked whether visually impaired persons can get an ATM card. I would like to inform everyone that you can get an ATM card from any bank where you have an account. If any bank manager refuses to provide ATM or banking facilities, you can file a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India because official guidelines have already been issued regarding this. If anyone needs the circular, it can be obtained from the All India Confederation of the Blind in Delhi, located at Rohini Sector 5, or directly from the Reserve Bank of India. Visually impaired persons are entitled to all banking facilities such as ATM cards, cheque books, lockers, and other services. Thank you.
