I recently listened to an audio by Malti ji, and it is very concerning that her pension has not been received for the past three to four years. I would like to suggest that she should visit the District Disability Welfare Office and inquire about the reason. She should take all her documents, including Aadhaar card and bank passbook, and get her passbook updated. It is possible that her KYC has not been completed, as it is required every year, or there may be an issue in the verification report submitted by the concerned local official. She should go along with a trusted person if needed and follow the instructions given by the officials. After visiting, she can also share an update on Hamari Vaani about what information she received. If the issue is still not resolved, she can approach the District Magistrate during public grievance days and present her problem there. Similarly, if she is not receiving ration from the fair price shop, she can also file a complaint with the supply office. With proper follow-up and effort, her issue can be resolved.
