First of all, make sure that the electricity meter is registered in your own name—either in the husband’s or the wife’s name—through the DHBVN website. Then, meet the concerned electricity officer and submit your disability certificate (Divyang certificate/UDID) along with the required documents, and get the connection registered in your name.
