He is saying that he is not receiving the OTP on his email. There is no connection either, as far as I understand. He has explained the whole situation, but from what I feel, there might be some problem with the website because the website is not loading. Maybe the server is down there. You can wait for a while, around 15-20 minutes, and try again a few times. If the OTP is coming on the number, it should also come on the email. Or if the OTP is coming on the number, it might be the same OTP used there in the system. You can try doing that and see if removing the email helps. If even after that it is not working, then if you are filling the DU form (Delhi University form or some other DU form), you can call the university’s contact number given there and tell them that you are facing this problem. Maybe they can suggest something. As far as I think, it is probably a server issue, but usually that doesn’t happen. If the OTP is coming on the number, then try this once again. If the website works with that number, then all is well. Please check with them and if it works, great. If not, let me know.
