Bokaro: Harshlal Mahto called from Chandrapura, Bokaro to talk about displacement as a growing issue for the residents of Chandrapura. He mentioned about the failed promises made three decades back to displaced in ninety eighties while acquiring land for quarry installation in Taarny and Amaakocha region. Not a single penny has been paid till now nor any arrangements for employment for the displaced being made. He also mentioned about the rail diversion project remaining halted for many years, acquiring land of many poor villagers. He concluded demanding for better laws to be implemented for rehabilitation of the displaced.
बोकारो: कैलाश गिरी ने चन्द्रपुरा, बोकारो से झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि अभी तक पलायन के लिए निबंधन करने का कार्य शुरू नही किया गया है.बीडीओ इंद्र कुमार ने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी से कहा की अभी तक इसके लिए श्रम विभाग से कोई आदेश नही आया है. आदेश आने के बाद सभी पंचायतों में निबंधन का कार्य शुरू किया जायेगा. उन्होंने कहा कि श्रमआयुक्त यदि इसकी कॉपी उपलब्ध कराटे हैं तो निबंधन अवश्य होगा और मजदूरों को जो सरकार द्वारा लाभ मिलना वो अवश्य मिलेगा.

बोकारो:कैलाश गिरी ने चंद्रपुरा,बोकारो से झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी पर चलाए जा रहे अभियान के सम्बन्ध में चन्द्रपुरा प्रखंड के सिजुवा पंचायत के निवासी कार्तिक महतो से बातचीत की जिसमे उन्होंने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि बीसीसीएल एरिया-1 दामोदर कोलयरी में विस्थापितों के साथ बीसीसीएल प्रबंधन, प्रशासन का रवैया सकारात्मक नही है. जिन लोगो ने अपना जमीन बीसीसीएल को दिया उन्हें न तो किसी तरह का मुवावजा दी गई और नौकरी. कर्मातांड पंचायत में ३१ ऐसे विस्थापित लोग है जिनका कागजात लेने ले बाद भी कुछ नही मिला इसी तरह से सिजुवा पंचायत रविदास टोला में आउटसोर्सिंग के नाम पर विस्थापितों को ना नौकरी दी गई है और ना ही उनके रहने का कोई इंतजाम किया है. वे कहते हैं कि ऐसी स्थिति तो पुरे बीसीसीएल में है लेकिन खास कर बीसीसीएल एरिया-1 में विस्थापितों की स्थिति काफी दयनीय है. लोगो के समक्ष भूखमरी की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है, लोग यहाँ से पलायन कर रहे हैं.
बोकारो: हरखलाल महतो ने चन्द्रपुरा, बोकारो से झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि ढोरी क्षेत्र के कल्याणी प्रजेक्ट में कोल् हेल्डिंग प्लांट में १५१ मजदूर काम कर रहे हैं जो पूरी तरह से बंधुवा मजदूर बन कर रह गए हैं.ये मजदूर पिछले १५ साल से काम कर रहे है लेकिन आज तक न तो कोई परिचय पत्र दिया गया है और न पीएफ काटा जाता है. यहाँ पर मजदूरों को बंधुवा मजदूर की तरह काम करना पड़ता है. इतना ही नही इनका ठेकेदारों के द्वारा शोषण किया जाता है. एक तरफ कहा जाता है कि यदि मजदूरों पर शोसन होने से इसका प्रभाव काम पर पड़ता है इसके बाद भी मजदूरों के साथ बंधुवा मजदूर की तरह कम करवाया जाता है.
बोकारो: चन्द्रपुरा,बोकारो से कैलाश गिरि ने झारखण्ड मोबाइल वाणी को बताया कि चन्द्रपुरा प्रखंड के कई पंचायतों पप्लो,तारानारी,तेलों आदि में अनपूर्ण योजना के तहत बीपीएल परिवारों के बीच चावल का वितरण रोजगार सेवकों के देख-रेख में की गई.
Bokaro: Kailash Giri called from Chandrapura, Bokaro to share the opinion of Mohan Mahto from Chandrapura block. Sharing his views on the displacement policies he said that the plight of the displaced is unnoticed by all. The companies who had acquired land from the localities are loosely committed in keeping their promises. The Government too is incapable of implementing rehabilitation procedures on time due to influx of political bodies and owners of the private establishments.

He said that the current policies are incapable for an inclusive approach for rehabilitation of the displaced. The Government needs to be stringent enough with the private bodies acquiring land from the indigenous residents. The policies should be devised in such way that the displaced are not left to fight for their rehabilitation.
