विष्णुगढ़ प्रखंड के भेलवारा पंचायत भवन परिसर में जन सहयोग केंद्र के द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस मनाई गई इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ भेलवारा पंचायत के मुखिया लक्ष्मी कुमारी पूर्व जिला परिषद सदस्य जयप्रकाश सिंह पटेल द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य महिलाओं के अधिकारों समानता और सशक्तिकरण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना। कार्यक्रम में प्रखंड के बेडम खरना केसोडीह चित्रामो भुताही मुरगांवों समेत अन्य गांव के स्वयं सहायता समूह के सदस्यों ने भाग लिए तथा महिलाओं के अधिकारों के बारे में जागरूक किया गया।
