Puspalata Biswal from Trinath Sahi, Ward 38, registered her feedback in the IVRS system. She mentioned that the water supply tap is located at the edge of the drain, which could lead to submersion during rainy times. She requested that the tap be relocated inside the house for convenience and safety.

Roji Kinner, a person with a disability from Kargil Basti, Ward 62, registered feedback in the IVRS system stating that due to the unavailability of a toilet, they are forced to go outside. This is especially difficult for Roji due to their leg problem.

Sasmita Bhuiya from Mangala Sahi, Ward 37, reported in the IVRS that the water supply line runs close to the sewer line, which was not constructed properly. This has led to overflow issues, raising concerns about potential water contamination. Sasmita requests testing of the supply water.

Lily Samal, an SSC member of Mahila Samiti Basti ward 43, shared in IVRS that there is a tubewell in front of her house, which they use during emergencies. However, the platform of the tubewell was broken, and there is no wastewater drainage at the water point. After consulting with the ward corporator, the platform was repaired, but there is still no wastewater drainage. Therefore, they are requesting the corporator to install a pipe for draining the wastewater to prevent water stagnation on the road.

Susama Samal, from cluster 6, ward 22, shared in IVRS that the supply water pipeline passes very close to the drain, and is connected to each household. This poses a risk of contamination. The community members will arrange an internal meeting to address this issue and will inform to the jalasathi. It has been decided to remove the pipeline from its current location by communities and the jalasathi will coordinate with the WATCO department.
