Industries Act 1948, It was implemented in the year 1949 for the welfare of labour rights. Wages Act 1936, ESI Act 1948, gratuity act 1972. Maternity Benefit Act 1961, PF act 1952, Industrial dispute act. Wages is given as the result of work done. This Act was passed in the years 1936.
