I am Sudha from Vizhithugal. Who all can register in welfare board? People between the age group of 18 to 40 can register. There is no registration fees for this. They need job document for this. They can get it from registered construction workers union or they can get it from Village officer. They also need to attach school certificate, age proof, birth certificate, voter ID, ration card. Submit it to labour board. they will give you welfare card.
