Due to corona spread parliament activities are disabled. Hence, Indian social work institutions, people movements joined together and started Jantha Parliament. From August 16th to August 21st Jantha Parliament was started and its objective was Emergency policy decisions in this pandemic and discussion about health disorder of people. In the meeting conducted under the leadership of Annie Raja of National federation of India in which many experts, educationalists, activists participated they discussed in detail about the danger for food safety in this lock down situation. This meeting showed that food responsibility in the countries which has Malnutrition has taken to very bad state. Food safety of 40% Indian citizens who dont have ration card is a big question mark. In this corona lock down time where parliament is disabled, many laws has been violated. For example Not all School and anganwadi kids were not given food or food provisions equally. healthy food and vitamin tablets supply for pregnant and feeding mothers were almost paused. So after corona spread,  Jantha Parliament is putting for the the worldwide right for food and nutrition. The same thing was expressed and emphasized by Jantha parliament representatives during press meet.

Story about being mentally strong to face anything including Corona

I am Sudha from Vizhithugal. Today we have conducted signature campaign Nila area. Different workers have signed in that. I am Baghyalakshmi from Vizhithugal. In this time of corona lockdown people are going for 100 days work. Medical check up was done for all 100 days scheme workers. Vizhithugal gave the awareness. People are working by maintaining social distancing.

I am Rajeshwari from Yammankudi. During lock down lif was difficult without job. From last 1 month there is work in companies. Work is going on with mask on and maintaining social distancing. Panchayath distributed some medicine in our village for corona and things are better here. People are going to work and life is back to normal.
