I am Thamarai from Ekalikoilmedu. I saw the social mapping of our village. I can see what all is there is our village and all we need. We need bus stop for our village. Kids and elderly people are supposed to walk far to catch a bus. So we need bus facility. I am planning to attend gram sabha meeting this time.

I am Sandhya, studying in 7th std. Due to corona we cant study properly. My parents have got smart phone to attend class. In tuition centre they are helping us to understand more.

1) The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code 202o was passed in parliament yesterday. 2) CM Palanisamy will be discussing about one country one ration card scheme. 3) Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan starts scheme for the education of the minorities and scheduled caste children. Under this scheme rs.2 lakh will be given to construct room for studying children. 4) Awreness about the safety of children and women was done in Kanjipuram under the leadership of Ms. Chamundeshwari. 5) WHO says in last 1 week 20 lakh people have been infected with corona. 6) Central Govt released the schedule related to college and university classes and exams.

I went to work for 25 days. But i didnt get salary. I asked in Taluk office. They linked adhar card number. Yesterday I got adhar card. I checked my bank account again it says money has been withheld. My husband works in local company. He goes to work by van. I have shared about this radio to many people. Some people say its useful.

I am Anand from Gopichattipalayam. Online class for kids is not fruitful. There is a difference in online class and direct class. Kids cant handle online class. Online classes should be banned. Direct class itself cant be understood by all. Online class is possible for those who can afford.

Gram sabha is nothing but kind of parliament setup in every panchayath. Dhanalakshmi: OMG!! Seriously!!! Parliament??!! where all the ministers sit and talk about people’s problem. Is it so?? Silvanus: Exactly!!! In the same way, in gram sabha meeting everybody sits and decides about what all can be done for their villages. Dhanalakshmi: Oh really???!!! Silvanus: Oh Yes dear!! Gram sabha is the back bone for the growth of each and every village. But many people are not aware of importance of gram sabha. Dhanalakshmi: Ok.. What will we get by knowing its importance? Silvanus: Hey…Don’t underestimate it.. Gram Sabha has power to make everything upside down in the country. Dhanalakshmi: How is this possible??!! Don’t try to make me fool. Silvanus: Oh come on.. let me give you an example. If a gram sabha decides to shut down the liquor shops in their village, nobody can start or continue liquor shops in that village. Court has ordered to give importance to the decisions taken in gram sabha. Now you think.. If each and every gram sabhas decides to shut down the liquor shops in their area, we can make India a liquor free country. Dhanalakshmi: Brother Its really exciting!! I want to see gram sabha meeting. Where will these meetings happen? Tell me brother. I will go immediately. Silvanus: Oh my dear dear.. Gram sabha will not happen daily. It happens only 4 times in a year. i.e January 26th, May 1st, August 15th and on October 2nd. Gram sabha meetings will be conducted on these dates. During that meeting all important decisions will be taken. Dhanalakshmi: Oh really??!! Coming is Friday is January 26th. Our panchayath will conduct Gram sabha meeting on that day. I am right? Silvanus: Of course you are right!!! Now you know all these information. Rather than keeping these information to yourself go and tell our villagers and take them for gram sabha meeting. Ok?? Silvanus: My dear friends, you are going to know more about gram sabha but before that don’t forget that January 26th gram sabha meetings are conducted in your village. I am Vidhya from Vizhithugal. September is celebrated as nutrition week. In Chithiram Pesuthadi drama Doctor told the importance of iron tablets, balanced diet. Also episode on menstruations and menopause was useful. Many women got good awareness and it was useful for everyone including me. We wish that TK radio should continue to do some useful dramas like this.

I am Ambika from Vizhithugal. Today name correction in Adhar card has been done for a person. He doesnt hold any form which has proper spelling. So we have filled the form and got the sign from A1 officer and did the name correction.
