It happens on January 26th, May 1st, August 15th and October 2nd. It happens in Panchayath office. We gave petition for sewage facility. id-2261810. I am Someshwari. I am studying in 11th std. I am not attending online class. We cant afford for smart phones. Even if we buy it we cant study. Classes are taken in TV but we cant attend on time. And since they are taking classes very fast i am not able to understand anything. Unable to note it down. If corona was not there we should have met our friends and we can understand the subject and learn. We should have written quarterly exam and we should have got leave. It will be good if this corona gets over. we are safeguarding ourselves in this corona time by wearing mask, maintaining social distancing and washing hand. Vizhithugal helped us by giving napkins, healthy food. I am Suganya. Me and my husband are cooley workers. During corona we didnt had work for 3 months. Now we are going to work. We cant go to other villages. We get Rs.200-300. I have daughter. I work in a company as tailor. due to corona we dont have work. Earlier we had more work and it was good. Now we have work for only 4 days. I go at 7:30 am and come back at 6:30pm. My salary gets credited in account. There are 150 workers in our company. Many workers lost the job. We are working by maintaining the social distancing.

Hello Comrade. what do you think about the Makkal sabha which is conducted by following Govt rules instead of Gram sabha which has been cancelled due to lock down. Thangavel: I am Thangavel from Vizhithugal organisation. Due to corona lockdown, poor people, especially people from low caste, tribal people are struggling to out of their village for work. They have lost their livelihood. Villagers tell their needs during gram sabha meetings and get assistance and schemes from Govt. But due to corona lock down, May 1st gram sabha meeting didnt happen. In the same way August 15th gram sabha meetings are not happening. You all are aware our cell phone radio, I got to know that people came forward to tell their needs in Makkal sabha. Thats really great. As a part of bringing it to Govt's notice its good to record in this radio. By maintaining social distancing you can register in TK about your needs. Richard: What do you think what all actions can Govt taken for the gram sabhas cancelled for 2 times in last 5 months? Thangavel: Due to corona, in last 5 months gram sabha was cancelled twice. Hence people are not able to convey about their basic needs to Govt. So Govt should consider and Govt can conduct Hamlet gram sabhas. Ward members of the hamlet, anganwadi workers, teachers of that village, nutrition workers. Village nurses agroup of all these people can conduct hamlet gram sabha meeting and address the needs of the village. Also Govt can send special officers to hamlets and get petition. Govt should create an opportunity to people to convey about their needs.

I am Vasanthi. I dont have ration card. I have lost it. I have applied for it but i couldnt get it. Because of no ration card i didnt get any provisions and money. Please help me in getting it. Vizhithugal gave 10 kg rice and lentils, oil, rava, sugar. Govt didnt help us.
I am Manjula. I am working in company as helper. There are almost 5-6 people in our company Its a small company. Per shift I get Rs.200. I get weekly payment. During corona we are working by wearing mask. I have 2 children.
I am Papathi. I go to lake cleaning work. During corona we are staying clean and safe at home. I am getting OAP. I got rice and lentils during corona.
I am Kowsalya. I am working in farm. Now there is no work available other than farm work. No buses are plying. Due to corona i am struggling alot. I have never gone for mill work. I got farm work from 9am to 6pm. Lunch break is for 1 hour. I get Rs.250 per day. Due to corona i am not able to go anywhere. Kids are at home. Their education affected. My daughter is studying in 4th. She is at home and not studying anything. But due to corona how can we send them to school.
