Beautician course has been conducted in 5S. This is not that we are giving importance to beauty, but its all about how to keep your face bright and take care of your skin and how to get ready for any function or marriage. This training was really useful for the economic growth of women. We appreciate this effort of 5S.
Adult girls and women are exploited in workplace. Adult girls are treated as bonded labors. To save them from such workplace and for the safety of women and to get the rights of women, a state conference was held on 16/12/2018 at Rajapalayam. TTCU gave the opportunity for all mill workers to attend this conference. Thank you TTCU.

I am Nagarathinam. State level conference was held in Rajapalayam. The main topic was the rights of women labours is vanishing, they are not given salary as per their workload. They took 12 decisions and formed human chain. The main focus of the meeting was women workers are getting exploited and wages as per the workload.

I am Kavitha from Sanarpatti. I am going to talk about IDcard and job permanency. ID cards must be given to all the workers of garment factory without fail. All the workers who have completed 450 days of work in 2 years, should be made as permanent staffs. Especially women's work should be made permanent and ll the labour welfare schemes should be given.
I am Nagarathinam. I attended the state-level conference in Rajapalayam. Many people from different union participated. Our State head Divya mam and James sir also participated in this conference.
