I am Malathi. I had joined my daughter in college. She was interested in patient science but since there is only one candidate they are forcing us to join nursing. But my daughter is not willing to study that. She gets scared when she sees blood so we thought of asking her TC. But they are not giving the TC and they are asking us to call before coming. When we call them they are keeping the phone down saying it is a wrong number. If we go directly they are asking why did you come without calling. We have given the letter in 5S. They have taken us to collector office and we have given the petition they said they will take action within 1 week.

You must have seen your company, people who are from other states. Especially those who wont speak Tamil. It can be Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu etc. Maximum we can see Hindi speaking workers. Who are migrant workers? Those who have shifted for the purpose of work are called as migrant workers. Especially in the textile field, many other state workers are working. India Govt has an act for these type of workers. That is act for interstate migrant workers. Under this if a worker is coming from Bihar, he should get a license from Bihar saying he is going for work in this state for this work. He should get this from labor dept. After coming here, he should get employment license from the company. The company should get permission saying we are appointing migrant labor for work.
