This word substitute worker is used in all type of works. In work, if a worker is on leave for a long term, his works will be done by another worker who knows the work. This does not exist in big companies but it exists in a small kind of works. So if a worker who was working for a long term but for some reason if he is not able to come for work, his work will be done by another worker who knows the work. It is called substitute workers.

I am Niveda from Vembarpatti. Earlier i was working in a mill, and i met with an accident. But the supervisor didnt see it. I told this in TTCU and i left that millwork. Now one of my friend also met with an accident. Immediately they took care of her. After TTCU's intervention, they are taking care if anyone is meeting with an accident,or girl has stomach pain etc. Now i am really happy. When i met with the accident they didnt take care of me ut after my complaint they are doing this I am really happy.

I am calling from Sarapatti, Kosavpatti, Dindugal dist. There is cooperation society and many farmers, milk producers are the members in this. This is a Govt based milk production unit. It is Aavin milk factory. Usually, they get bonus every year. But this year they didnt get the bonus. So few farmers reported this in TTCU kural. Within 4-5 days of reported it was addressed and 1500 members received the bonus of Rs. 1000 to Rs.2000. It was around 20 to 25 lakhs. We would like to Thank you TTCU for addressing this.
I am Mariya arokiyam from Kosavapatti. We are distributing milk in a cooperative society. We have got a bonus very late. I registered the same in TTCU and they took action immediately. Now they ahve given bonus money for 1500 people. We have got the money as per the amount of milk distribution. Thank you TTCU for taking proper action.

Normally if a worker is working for 240 days he should be made as a permanent employee. But according to mills, our former CM. MGR has passed an order to make the workers as permanent workers because they were kept on daily wage system for a longer period. For this, he made some changes in law. If a worker works for 480 days h should be made permanent in ginning factory. A Govt Order (GO) was passed. For other works its 240 days but for ginning factory its 480 days.
