Its been 1.5 months but still there is no end for corona. It was just like a story of a bllind man touching an elephant. Without knowing about anything about it, you asked me to wash hands, you asked us to starve, we did everything. Again you asked to clap, we clapped with our plates, you asked to light the lamps, we bursted cracker, you said you will shower flowers from sky, we got neck pain by looking up at sky. Why is all these? We just trusted that you will defeat corona. From March 23rd to 3rd we didnt go out, didnt open shops or anything. Over all there was no income. There was no way to suppress our hunger. You said, test kit and bed for everyone is ready. We were trusting it. You said it has come because of those who went to Delhi, we trusted that and stopped talking neighborhood Bhai. Now you are saying corona is spreading in Koyambedu. The cases used to be 40-50, now it has crossed 4000. You said lock down will be till May 4th and opened all the shops. You opened TASMAC shops finally you are saying just get used to live with corona. Just like a blind man's story where he touches the elephant and asks this is so big, how loud will it be when it breathes. But finally elephant silently took breath from back and went off. Oh come on you and your corona!!!

Now they are saying that he has to go to that company and apply for that PF money only then he will get that money. I dont know anything about it. Please give information about it. I am Adv. George Marks from TLRF. After lock down due to corona, unorganised and organised workers life is highly affected. Even before this, The Govt has revised the labours into 4 major laws which we all got it after so much of protest. Orissa, UP, MP states has started doing things which are violating labour rights. 8 hours work law was got after so much of protest. But nw by taking the excuse of corona they started to have talk of increasing work timing to 12 hours per day. Labours should bounce back against this. Only unorganised and organised workers have suffered in this corona time without food and money. No owners got affected with this. Now the whole burden is put on workers. Govt is started din the works of Labour law amendment. This is what UP CM Yogi Adityanath has spoke. Already workers are working for more than 70 hours per week. Now increasing work time will affect the workers life.
I am Mariyammal from Ambedkar union. All Unorganised workers please register yourself in welfare board. After lock down many people told that they have registered in it. Many people have registered in it without knowing what is it. After lock down everyone do renew your card and those who want to join can also join. All women workers if you have registered in it please come to Ambedkar union we will renew it and new people can join too. Those who are above 60 years, even if you may not be able to join welfare board, atleast you can join our union. We will help you in getting welfare schemes.
