I am Vasantha from Ambedkar union. Yesterday i got a message in my phone. It says that Rs. 400 has been deducted from TRF. I have not joined in any scheme and insurance. Today I went to bank and asked for the reason behind deduction. They said the money supposed to be deducted for another person but by mistake it was deducted to you. They asked me to wait so that it will be transferred to my account. Many times this is happens and we think they have deducted it for some reason and we avoid it. If you have doubt go to bank and ask.

Today let us know what is alcoholism. We might have seen many people drinking alcohol. But are they all addicted to alcoholism? First we should understand that. Statistics says, if 100 people are drinking, among them 80 people are social drinkers. Social drinkers can drinking with limitation, they will not drink daily, next day they get up and go to work, they can spend time with their family, they can fulfil their responsibilities towards their family., they can work properly at office, they will be economically stable, and so on. Then who are alcohol addicts? Alcohol addicts are those who find problems in their work life, economic stability, problem with family, they cant spend time with their wife and kids, often they fight, even in society they create problems and face problems, they cannot speak truth, often find excuses to drink. Even after facing these many problems, if they are unable to stop drinking, they are called as alcohol addicts. They can face many health issues. Alcoholism is a mental issue says WHO. Drinking affects the mind and mental status. What are the functions of brain? sleep is a function of brain, memory power is a brain function, differentiative between good and bad is a fuction of brain. When brain gets affected by drinking, the decisions taken by them will be wrong, they find issues like memory loss, sleeplessness etc. One of the other main problems with health is, their liver will get affected. Liver's work is to metabolise whatever we eat. When a person drinks, the liver is forced to work hard. And liver gets affects. When liver gets affected automatically kidney gets affected. So from top to toe the person will face all types of problems.
