I am Natarajn from Ambedkar union. Our main job is to give membership card to construction workers in 40 villages. Many of the workers has farmers ID card. Only 4-5 people without farmers card. We prepare the document and ask them to get sign from VO. When they go to get sign from VO, what he says is, already your father holds farmers card. So you cannot register in welfare board. Only if you nullify it, i can sign on it. VO is asking to get the signature from Tahsildar office that you dont want farmer card. VO says only Tahsildar has the right to nullify farmers card. If you go to Tahsildar he says I dont have the right, VO only has to sign on it. Now we are confused thinking who has the right. Based on this point we are planning to write a petition on behalf of Ambedkar union and give it to collector on Monday.
