Recently we started watching bigg boss etc. But before so many years, this movie was taken. When a person is born, a world is formed. A sky, an earth, house, streets, human beings will be created for him. But he will not know that he is living alone in such a world. But for him thats is world and only that the world. Vandana: I wanted to grow in my life, I wanted to take care care of my family. SO tried hard. Only because of that now I am in this Position. Oh yea, I have to tell about my friends. With the help of Union, Prema studied nursing and became nurse. Initially in hospital she got lesser salary than she was getting Garment company. Prema felt bad but she realised that as the time passes she will get good salary and it is a safe job. In the same way Saraswathi wrote group 4 exam for 4 times and finally she cleared it. Now she works as a VAO somewhere. Lalitha sis is more interested in helping the workers like me. So she joined with union and now she is a good position in Union. Mala and Kalaiselvi finished their graduation while working. Soon they will try for job. This is what is our story. At last I would like to say something before finishing. If a boy is given education, it is beneficial for only his growth. But if a irl is given education it impact her whole family and generation. For that, the firt step is she should be oriented. Vandana: But i couldn't trust AGM. I dont think that i got that work because of my education. it was the tactics of AGM. And the questions by Prakash sir, made think alot. That Vandana who has finished her graduation, will she be the garment worker forever??!! I used to ask this question frequently. But immediately i got the answer saying "no". Then what should I do? I started thinking about it. At that time I read news in whatsapp. That was a strory of an auto-driver's daughter who became IAS officer. I compared myself with that auto driver's daughter. She studied in a normal Govt school. But i studied in a good school. She cant talk in English. But i can speak in English. I finished my graduation in one of the good college. I am brought up in city. So many such things, which that poor girl didnt get, but i had it. There was only one thing which she had but i didnt have. And that was that spark to win in life. That was missing in me. Yea.. Why i didnt had that?? Because i dont know what i want to become. Only if you have a target to reach somewhere, only then you will reach there somehow. In garment work, we will have the target for every hour. But the garment workers like me, we are living life without any target. When a village girl can become an IAS officer, cant I become a clerk at least? This question started to grow in me. First thing what i did was, i went to AGM and told him that i am not accepting that office job. I asked suggestion of Prakash sir for a permanent job. As per his words, i joined the class to crack TNPSC exam. I didnt leave that garment company job. I have to tell this now. The thought of joining a permanent job gave me encouragement to study. With full confidence, i went training classes and studied. News paper, library everything i read. I attended Group 4 exam and it was really easy than what i expected. I wrote well and i cleared it. Immediately i got the job. I joined in a Govt office as a clerk. With the encouragement of Prakash sir, i wrote Group 2 exam and cleared it. Thats how i became an officer in the health dept. While i was a garment worker, if i would have thought thats the end of my life or this my fate, i would be still in the same position. I was firm that i want to grow n my life and take care of my family. Only because of that i have reached this position.

Oh yeah, AGM told me that he will give me office work, i spoke to my mom regarding this. Vandana Mom: Vandana, I really dont know what is the difference between the work you are doing now and the rok they have proposed. You just do the work, which is safe and less of workload.
