I am Geetha from Chinnambedu. Manimeghalai from Guloor spoke in UK. She said only 20 people worked in the month of March. How to give wages to only those people. Even other workers should get money. Even in Chinnambedu Panchayath there are more than 500-600 cards. Only 50-60 card people only worked in the month of March. Others didnt do and they done have any income. If only March month workers get money, what about other card holders. I request Govt to give wage to all card holders, even if they are not giving March month salary. Please credit some amount. Secondly rather than giving 2 days wages, it would be good if they Rs.1000 or 2000. Becasue lock down is extended till May 3rd. Dont know how people will manage till May 3rd. Their situation is changing. So it will be good if Rs. 1000 or 2000 is credicted under 100 days scheme.
Kani Interviewing Prema - She is from teachers colony branch. She is member in PT from last 10 years. Her work is grinding batter. She attends all PTS meetings. After Coona all in her house are staying at home. Now since TASMAC shops are closed his husband is not drinking alcohol and he is good. They are happy now. Earlier her husband used to give only Rs.7000 from his Salary of Rs.10000. Now he is giving Rs. 8500. He is not drinking anymore. He is bring at home with kids. It will be good if TASMAC shops are closed permanently.
Kani Interviewing Vijaya - She says due to corona she is wearing mask, gloves and being safe but her livelihood is getting affected. She is a daily wage worker. She and almost everyone in her area are construction workers. Due to extended lockdown all of them are struggling. Rs. 1000 given by them is not sufficient. Including her many people are eating from Amma mess. It will be sufficient for 2-3 people. Rs.1000 given by Govt is not sufficient. If the Govt gives. Rs.5000 we can run the family. TASMAC shops are closed are now so my brother who is a alcohol addict is very silent. Earlier daily they used to fight. It will be good if TASMAC shops are closed permanently.

Padma from Cholan nagar, Subathra from Ayapakkam, have given applications for Corona relief fund. At present we are seding 400 applications to Tiruvallur welfare board. Construction workers are getting food at Amma mess. On incharges can come to office till afternoon. Dont come in groups. Branch incharges take the list of those who didnt renew it. It will be useful in future. Those who didnt pay fees, give it to incharges.
I am Rathnavalli from Pudur, PTS. Tamil nadu Govt has announced to give Rs. 1000 for those who are in welfare board. Happy for that. But lock down is going to extend. How will this money be sufficient. Secondly, how people are going to solve their problem. How they repay loan by going for work. Dont know how cooley workers will overcome this. Even corona is not getting controlled. People are suffering alot. Tamilnadu Govt should take proper action and save people.

Construction workers, auto driver, unorganised workers, please give your, smart card xerox, adhar card xerox, bank book and welfare board card xerox to your branch incharge. Just one incharge should come to office and submit it. So far 400 applications has been sent to Tiruvallur office. Those who didnt pay the membership fees, please send it through incharges. Office will be working till afternoon.

Karpagam Interview With Jansi - She is a domestic helper and her husband is a auto driver. She has got last month salary and the owners told that they will not give this month salary. She says she is struggling for food. She has kids at home. Her husband is not going for work due to corona from 2-3 weeks. The owners said that even if the corona gets over, they will not allow for 2 weeks. She has welfare board card. She asks to let her know if the Govt is giving provisions with welfare board card. She is also member in PTS. She says since has welfare card Govt should give provisions and give some money and vegetables.
