If your Samsung phone has been locked with a password, then there's no need to go to a shop. Shopkeepers will charge you around 600–700 rupees for this. It's better if you unlock it yourself at home. First, switch off the mobile. Then press the volume button. Or you can check on YouTube from another phone about how to hard reset a Samsung phone. Using that method, perform a hard reset. All your data will be deleted, but your phone will be unlocked. If you have a smartphone, you can do a hard reset. Otherwise, if you have a keypad phone, you can unlock it through a computer. But I cannot provide information about the computer method right now. I will give you the details about the computer method once you contact me directly. Then I will help you unlock it yourself. If you go to the shop now, they will charge you 600–700 rupees just to unlock the password. The shopkeepers will tell you they are installing new software or doing something else, but actually, they won’t do anything — just take your money unnecessarily. This happened to one of our acquaintances. His phone got stuck on the "Samsung" logo screen (boot loop). He went to the shop to get it fixed, and the shopkeeper just recharged the phone and claimed he installed new software, and took 700 rupees. So, it's better if you don't go to shops.
