“Yes, if you have passed the 10th from the CBSE board, your conversation (or experience) will be from around four to five years ago. Why wouldn’t you get it? You have full rights here, you can take it.”

Hello from Hamari Vani (Our Voice), Namaskar from Hamari Vani. My name is Naresh Kumar, and I am from Hisar, Haryana. I am 100% blind. This is my brother, Rajkaran Tiwari. He is asking if someone who passed the 10th grade in 2020 will get their marksheet or not. I want to tell you that you will definitely get your marksheet. If you haven’t received it yet, you will get it. You need to take your roll number and go to the CBSE Board office in Delhi. Take your roll number there, and first show them your roll number and say, “Sir, I gave my 10th exam in 2020, my roll number is this, but I have not received my marksheet.” They will check and give you the marksheet. I also gave my 10th exam, and I got my marksheet from the same center where I took the exam. If the center is refusing to give you the marksheet, then you should definitely go to the CBSE Board office in Delhi with your roll number. There, they will check why you did not get your marksheet and will tell you what the issue was. They will give you all the information and guide you properly. We also have a helpline number, which is toll-free, where you can call for advice. The number is: 00 004 334. You can get good information from them about what to do next. But as I understand, you will have to go to the CBSE Board in Delhi. Wherever you are, go to the CBSE Board office in Delhi, at Patparganj. Take your roll number there and show it to them. They will tell you what happened and what not. They will give you the correct information. I hope this information helps you all. Keep listening to Hamari Vani.

In our community of Raj Kumar Path, Menupada village, Bora, Delhi, a fellow member from among the differently-abled community has requested someone to organize a Jagran (a devotional night event). I would like to inform that person that there is a place in Delhi called Seva Kutir. At Seva Kutir, there is a group called Saksham Swarajali. Please pay attention: the group is called Saksham Swarajali, and it is led by the respected Virendra Yadav. He is the head of the group and is successfully organizing Jagrans all over Delhi, the capital of the country. He is well-known among many prominent people, and all the artists in his group are visually impaired — completely blind individuals. I am now sharing his contact number: 9868787853 (Spelled out: Nine Eight Six Eight Seven Eight Seven Eight Five Three) This is Virendra Yadav Ji's number. You may contact him. In his team, they have skilled artists for octopads, keyboards, tabla, harmonium, dholak, drum sets, and all other instruments typically used in Jagrans. All these artists are well-trained. Please reach out to him and fulfill your desire to organize a devotional event.

I am Rajesh Kumar from Nathpura village, Burari, Delhi, and I want to connect with the respected Rajkaran Tiwari ji from Ayodhya, the city of Lord Ram. Tiwari ji, you appeared for your CBSE Board High School exams in the year 2020, but to this day, you have not gone to collect your marksheet. There can be no greater news for the government than this — that once a student like Rajkaran passes the exam, he doesn’t even bother to collect his marksheet. The government would probably want to congratulate you! But I am deeply disappointed with you. You completed your education, yet didn’t go to collect your result or marksheet. This is astonishing. But it’s okay, such things are often done by our ideological comrades — and then they go and beg at the doors of officers saying, “Sir, I’m blind, what can I do? My parents didn’t send me; I couldn’t go.” Now, Tiwari ji, listen carefully: Go to the school where your exam center was. Go there and they will give you your marksheet and 10th class certificate — if they have kept them. Five years is a long time. If they haven’t kept them, they would have sent them back to the CBSE Board. In that case, you’ll have to approach the CBSE Board directly. But remember — do not forget your roll number. If your roll number is also lost, then nothing will be in your hands anymore. Then all you’ll have is martyrdom and endless chanting — and nothing else. Or you will have to re-enroll and start schooling again under a different board. Only then something might be possible. So this is the information for you: Come to Delhi, go to the school where your exam center was, and show your roll number once.

Naresh is informing about Railway group C vacancy. Last date is 5th November.

Brother, we were analyzing this e-card issue, regarding the concerns raised by Mr. Rahul Kumar. He is asking how many days it takes for the e-card to be verified. We did provide some explanation in the audio, but there were a few points we missed, which we want to complete today. Actually, we didn’t quite understand his question earlier, but now that we do, we would like to give a clearer and better suggestion. Meanwhile, many people have shared their experiences—thanks to all of them for that. We have already received inputs from Mr. Deepak for Mr. Rahul Kumar. So listen, when you apply online, you can submit your documents either to your Station Master in your district or directly to the DRM (Divisional Railway Manager) office. For example, if you're from Saharanpur, you can visit Lucknow, or even Kanpur, to submit your documents—both cities have DRM offices. Once you submit the documents and receive the acknowledgment, you can immediately get your temporary e-card, and start availing government facilities provided by the central or state governments through the railways. This means whatever benefits are designated for you via the railways, you can access them. Now, coming to the original (physical) e-card—it will be sent to your home within three months via postal service. And yes, the same postman (Daakiya) we often mention in songs and stories will deliver it. There are even famous songs dedicated to the "Daakiya babu" – it used to be a popular era. Now, of course, it's the digital age where everything is online and people are connected in many new ways. But still, your original card will arrive through the post, so there’s no need to worry or rush. But yes, first, you must submit the online form to either the DRM office or Station Master, so they can verify it in their system. After that, you can instantly generate your e-card and start using the railway benefits. Just to clarify—it’s not necessary to wait for the original card to start availing the benefits. Once it’s verified, you can access services even with the temporary e-card. And yes, sometimes delays may happen, it’s government work after all—so it’s not always instant. Your concern is valid, I understand.

Hello. In our Vaani, I am Rajesh Kumar Pathand from Mathubura village, Para Delhi Chauraasi. Such a platform is truly a blessing. Our Vaani does not distribute wealth to anyone, and it’s not necessary that the one who has great wealth also has a great heart. The biggest benefit of our Vaani is that by listening to the voices of so many companions, we have all become admirers of each other. Everyone has their own home, their own livelihood, their own joys and sorrows. But when we come into our Vaani, hearing the lively, beautiful, and sweet voices of one another, we find strength to live life. Just now, Chanda Pathak ji shared her thoughts in detail. Virendra Gadhav, a learned teacher, has faced nothing but struggle throughout life, living with his family and moving ahead like a Gandharva (celestial being) — steadily, step by step. And this is the real energy of our Vaani: by listening to each other's stories of struggle, we try to learn from them and follow their path. There is a companion among us who, though alone, is immersed in this great Kumbh (gathering). There is our Mamta from Dhamtari district — she makes garlands, does embroidery, tailoring, stitching. She is so curious — eager to learn how a sewing machine works, how ironing is done. Are these just riddles? No — these are curiosity-filled questions, and hearing them awakens a desire in the heart to do something new and meaningful.
