A few days ago, I received a call from someone in the name Hamari Vaani claiming to be from our village. He said he was calling from Bombay and introduced himself as Rajesh Khanna. He claimed that he knew Geeta ma’am and Dimple ma’am very well. He asked how he could help me. I told him that I needed smart glasses. He said that smart glasses were currently available under an offer and that Geeta ma’am had said everyone should be given support, as she is no longer alive. He also said that although Geeta ma’am is no more, she had instructed that smart glasses should be provided at a low price. He asked me for seven thousand rupees, but I told him I did not have that amount. He said he would send me the smart glasses, but I have not received them till now. After that, he started asking me for five thousand rupees, but I did not pay that amount either.
