You can open the account through these apps. There is one condition: your bank account and Aadhaar card must have the same mobile number linked. If your bank account and Aadhaar card have the same mobile number, then 100% your account will open successfully. What do you have to do? Download the BHIM UPI app, enter your mobile number, and select your bank (like SBI, Bank of Baroda, or whichever bank you use). Then enter your mobile number and Aadhaar card number. An OTP will come, enter the OTP, and then you can use UltraCash on the keypad by entering the UPI PIN generated from the app. If you have a debit or ATM card, you can also use UltraCash on the keypad directly. But if you don’t have a debit card, just use your smartphone, insert the SIM, download the app, link your bank with your Aadhaar and mobile number, generate the UPI PIN, and then use UltraCash services.
