Actually, we didn’t quite understand his question earlier, but now that we do, we would like to give a clearer and better suggestion. Meanwhile, many people have shared their experiences—thanks to all of them for that. We have already received inputs from Mr. Deepak for Mr. Rahul Kumar. So listen, when you apply online, you can submit your documents either to your Station Master in your district or directly to the DRM (Divisional Railway Manager) office. For example, if you're from Saharanpur, you can visit Lucknow, or even Kanpur, to submit your documents—both cities have DRM offices. Once you submit the documents and receive the acknowledgment, you can immediately get your temporary e-card, and start availing government facilities provided by the central or state governments through the railways. This means whatever benefits are designated for you via the railways, you can access them. Now, coming to the original (physical) e-card—it will be sent to your home within three months via postal service. And yes, the same postman (Daakiya) we often mention in songs and stories will deliver it. There are even famous songs dedicated to the "Daakiya babu" – it used to be a popular era. Now, of course, it's the digital age where everything is online and people are connected in many new ways. But still, your original card will arrive through the post, so there’s no need to worry or rush. But yes, first, you must submit the online form to either the DRM office or Station Master, so they can verify it in their system. After that, you can instantly generate your e-card and start using the railway benefits. Just to clarify—it’s not necessary to wait for the original card to start availing the benefits.
