These documents will help verify that you are a citizen of India and that you are 100% blind. After that, explain to them in person: 'Sir, I gave my exam from this center on such-and-such date and passed in the year 2022, 2023, or 2024' (whatever year it was — do specify). If they are able to find any records or duplicate mark sheets, then that would be helpful to you.
