Hello, this is Jantosh speaking from Delhi, Purari Baba Colony. A sister is asking from Chennai — probably from Chennai — whether she will get a hostel in Amritsar for 10th, 12th, or graduation-level studies. Sister, you will not get a free hostel in Amritsar for graduation-level studies. If you get admission in a university there, and if that university provides hostel facilities, then you can apply for a hostel there. You may get a hostel with a fee. You might get a free hostel only if the university provides such a facility, or under some special scheme. If you're looking for completely free hostels or want to stay without paying anything and later return, then Amritsar might not be a suitable option. Instead, you can aim for admission in Delhi University by securing good marks in your 10+2 exams. Once you get admission in Delhi University, you might be provided hostel facilities there — within the university — depending on availability and your eligibility. So, you should try to score good marks in your 10+2 exams and aim for a reputed university like Delhi University. Thank you.

Hello friends, good evening! How are you all doing in your cities? Hope you're healthy, happy, and busy with your respective work. I’m Deepak Sharma from Sonia, Delhi, and I’m speaking here with full clarity. Mr. Mahesh Kumar from Haryana asked a question—actually, it's about one of his friends named Sumit Ram. He mentioned that some documents of Sumit have been lost. So the question is: can they be retrieved or not? Look, documents like the Aadhaar card and UIDAI card (that small one), and the big medical certificate—which is often referred to as the birth certificate—can be reissued. These documents can be obtained again. However, when it comes to mark sheets, they cannot be reissued as originals. You will have to apply for duplicate copies. Yes, the Aadhaar card, UIDAI small card, the big medical/birth certificate, and PAN card—these three or four documents can be obtained again as originals. But other than these, all other documents, especially mark sheets, whether for 10th, 12th, BA, or B.Ed, cannot be reissued as original. You’ll only be able to get duplicate mark sheets. So overall, what I believe is that original mark sheets won’t be reissued. For all the education a person has done, the mark sheets for those classes won't be available in original form again. They’ll only be available as duplicates. But the 3-4 documents I mentioned—Aadhaar card, UIDAI small card, birth certificate (big medical one), and PAN card—those can still be retrieved in original form.

Manoj is wishing happy independence day.

Hi friend, good evening. You always say “Sandh Sir,” I hope you're all doing great and are busy with your work. I’m Deepak Sharma, speaking from Delhi Sonar. Piyush Kumar Ji had a question — there's a school in Dehradun, NIBS, affiliated with Haryana Board, that runs from Class 1 to 12. He wants to get admission either in Class 7 or Class 11. He wants to choose one of these two classes. Now, I apologize because I couldn’t listen to him carefully earlier. So, whether you want admission in Class 7 or in Class 11, admission can be done at NIBS Dehradun. There’s no need to repeat or worry about it, okay? No need to stress. If you want admission in Class 7, it will be done. If you want admission in Class 11, it will be done. But yes, if you go for Class 11, then your 10th class marksheet will be required. If you go for Class 7, then the marksheet of the previous class — i.e., Class 6 — will be required. There will also be an interview. If you’re seeking admission in Class 7, questions will be asked from the Class 6 syllabus. If you’re seeking admission in Class 11, then questions will be asked from the Class 10 syllabus — in Hindi, English, or any subject. There is a test conducted at NIBS Dehradun, and yes, it’s a proper test. So whether you want admission in Class 7 or Class 11 — it’s possible.

Hello, In our locality, there is a student named Piyush from Raj Kumar Pathakthpura village, near Pur, Delhi-84. He is 100% visually impaired and is asking about admission into the Model School at the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD), Dehradun. He wants to know if there is a college there. So, dear Piyush, I would like to inform you that currently, you cannot get admission there. If you wish to take admission, you should start the process as early as March. There is a written test and an interview that you must qualify in order to be admitted. First point: There is no college or hostel facility there. It is a school up to class 12th, not a general degree college. Though there are colleges in Dehradun, which is the capital of Uttarakhand. Second point: At NIEPVD Dehradun, after class 12th, there is no provision for college or hostel. However, the institution is vast and well-equipped. They provide education, training, and skill development for the blind and overage blind students. They are trained in areas like Braille, computers, music, etc., to help them become self-reliant. There are also teachers and trainers available, and the institute offers special education training as well. There are many dimensions of services provided there, but college and hostel facilities are not among them. As for this year, you cannot get admission there in 2025. You should now start preparing for admission in 2026, and begin your efforts from March itself. Lastly, you mentioned that you are not happy in Chandigarh. That is a bit concerning because Chandigarh is a beautiful and well-developed place. Our hardworking and admirable brothers and sisters from Punjab and Haryana also reside there. Punjab, after all, is the land of great Gurus.

Rajesh is appreciating effort of Hamari vaani of putting Thank You and Welcome note.

brother had a question about the Railway Group B application form. He asked if the Railway Group B form will be filled again. The Railway Group B form filling is already completed, but the exam is still pending. The exam will be held in October-November, right? If you missed filling the Railway Group B form, then it is your own mistake.

Hello, this is Pramod Kumar Yadav speaking from Delhi, regarding our village. Ravindra Chauhan ji from Sultanpur is asking about his disability pension, which hasn't been credited. I would like to mention that you haven’t specified how many months’ pension you haven’t received. If it has been several months, then you should visit your nearest Social Welfare Office to find out the reason. It could be due to pending verification or missing documents — so you can get clarity by visiting the office in your district where the Social Welfare Office is located. If you’re thinking that only the August pension hasn’t come, then you can wait a little — because the August pension is being processed and many people have already received it. So it’s possible that yours will also be credited soon. However, if it’s been many months without payment, you should definitely go to the concerned office in your area and find out the reason. That will help resolve your issue. Thank you.
