Brother, if you want to get a Delhi Metro card made, then you need to visit a Delhi Metro station. The way you’re speaking or asking—this is not how it works, Yashwant ji, this isn’t Uttarakhand. If you want a Delhi Metro card, only a Delhi Metro card will be issued. Brother, just by your words, it’s clear that you’re referring to a city and also inquiring about the metro card, so you’ll need to go to any Delhi Metro station. Just tell them, “Sir, I want to make a Metro card.” The staff—be it officers, employees, or the ladies sitting there—will assist you. They will ask for your Aadhaar (ID), and then make your Metro card. You’ll need to pay the necessary charges, and your card will be made immediately. There’s no need to wander or go to any special place. It’s not like a UDID card, where a medical officer’s approval or a hospital visit is required. In the case of the Metro card, just go to any metro station and get it done. There’s no confusion or discrimination—like “this is only for persons with disabilities” or “this is only for others.” You can approach anyone at the metro station. Any official there will help you, even the security staff can guide you. Ideally, we shouldn't have to explain all this, but many of our friends don’t fully understand the process. That’s why we’re explaining it in this way—so that everyone can understand clearly. Our only intention is to take everyone along with us on this journey, and Hamari Vaani (Our Voice) also believes in including everyone. So, we take this pledge—to move forward together, with unity and understanding.

"The land of Jaunpur is like fire itself! Our friend Mr. Yadav has joined us, and I want to connect with him directly. Mr. Yadav says he wants to learn the harmonium, but his voice isn’t cooperating. If your voice isn’t working well, then consider learning another instrument—like the dholak or tabla. This year’s time has already passed, but in June or July of next year (2026), please get in touch. You can take admission at our center in Dehradun, NIPS, where you’ll receive foundational training in harmonium, tabla, dholak—whatever you wish to learn. But Yadav ji, why are you getting disheartened so soon just because your voice isn’t cooperating? Let me give you my phone number: 93501-66110. Please call me on this number, and I will personally see what’s going on with your voice. From what I’ve heard, your voice sounds like it has great potential—you just need a little support. Don’t be disappointed. Jaunpur is the land of brave sons, artists, and scholars. The history of Jaunpur is powerful. A person from Jaunpur never gives up in the face of difficulty or crisis. Think of your own Chaukia Maai—people from all over the country come for her blessings. The divine power sits in Jaunpur, and yet you feel afraid? No—never be afraid! Always stay strong. The day even one of our brothers loses courage in tough times, that’s the day we lose our identity in society. Yes, there are tough challenges in front of us, like chewing iron pellets—but even those iron pellets, we can grind down!"

Now, coming to your question regarding the changes made by CBSE: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has stopped conducting the 10th and 12th exams for private candidates. This is the biggest change—now a blind or disabled person cannot give the 10th class exam directly through CBSE as a private candidate. For blind students, many kinds of hurdles have been created. For example, if you want to appear from Delhi, you need to have a Delhi Aadhar card. But where would a person get that made? Sometimes an organization might help by giving their address for Aadhar, but only if you are staying there. So, these kinds of rules have been created by CBSE. If you have already passed 10th grade, then you can appear for the 12th grade exam through Open School (like NIOS), based on your 10th certificate. But yes, you will have to take migration from CBSE to do that. As for writers (scribes) for disabled candidates in exams—there’s a rule that for 10th-level exams, the scribe must be of 7th or 8th-grade level. Although the Secretary issued an order about this, the exam-conducting agencies have rejected the Secretary’s directions. Now, Santosh Kumar Lumta Ji, the head of the National Disabled Federation, is preparing to knock on the doors of the Supreme Court. So, day by day, disabled individuals are facing only more and more difficulties. Our entire team and all our federations associated with our organization request that: we are not against technology, but...
