Hello friends, I am Pradeep from Karnataka. I would like to share an important new update. The Government of India has strengthened SIM verification rules to help prevent fraud, including biometric-based identification using live face, fingerprint, or iris verification where applicable. Also, an individual can have a maximum of nine mobile connections in most parts of India. From 24 August 2026, telecom operators have been directed not to issue an additional SIM to a person who has already reached this limit.
