Hello, I am Jayaram Paswan from Patna, Bihar. I am 100% visually impaired and need a new SIM card. Even after showing my Aadhaar and UDID cards, the shop refused because my biometric verification could not be completed. If anyone knows another way to get a SIM card, please share the information.
