Hello everyone, I am Prabha Singh, a 100% blind person. I agree that some banks discriminate against visually impaired customers. Banks should not force blind customers to bring someone with them, as it can compromise their privacy. According to RBI guidelines, bank staff must assist customers with banking services instead of asking them to bring another person.
