Hello, I am Jitendra Kushwaha from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and I am completely visually impaired. While some trains have Braille seat numbers, many platforms lack Braille signs. The disabled coach is often shown in the wrong location on railway apps or by inquiry counters, causing visually impaired passengers to miss trains or face accidents. Railways should improve Braille signage, provide accurate coach information, and make announcements more accessible.
