Hello everyone. I am A.S. Das from Lucknow, and I am 100% blind. My phone number is already registered with the School at Home platform, but I still cannot use the service. Whenever I call, I hear the message, "You are not allowed." When I tried registering again using a friend's phone, it said my number was already registered. I would like to know why I am unable to access the platform despite being registered. I also tried contacting Anil Kumar Mishra, but I could not reach him. I request the team to explain the issue and help resolve it.
