I had previously asked for information about the Railway Concession Certificate process, but my recording was not broadcast. Please tell me where to submit the form after getting it from the hospital, whether I need to visit the DRM office, or if I can apply online. I would also like to complain that my recordings are repeatedly not being broadcast.
