Hello, this is Shiv Kumar Yadav from Umaria district, Madhya Pradesh. While traveling by train for an exam, a ticket examiner asked me for a ticket even though I have a disability certificate and believed travel under the PWD quota was free. I would like clear information from the railway authorities about whether visually impaired passengers must purchase a ticket or receive any concession under the PWD quota. Many passengers face confusion because some ticket examiners are not aware of the rules. Thank you.
