Vijay Kumar Rajak from Saraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand, raised concerns about the lack of government buses in the state and asked how visually impaired people can get transport benefits. He also said that the disability pension amount is very low and requested guidance on where to submit complaints or applications for better support.
