I want to say that hostels or shelter homes usually do not have strict age limits, unlike schools which have age-based conditions. There are many such shelters, including in Delhi. One good place is in Firozpur Cantt, near Noor Shah Ali Dargah, called Tulsi Manas Ashram. Elderly people as well as youth (around 17–18 years) can stay there and even pursue college.
