You have said that the School@Home numbers have been called, registration has been done, yet you are not able to get the benefit of the online classes — meaning the facilities provided there are not being availed. My humble request is this: if the IBR (system) is not working properly, and you have neither completed the website registration nor received online class access, then please register online. To do this, go to the website www.helpinghandindia.gov.in . On this website, there is a link for School@Home. Click on that link and fill in all the correct information asked from you. Upload the documents as required — once you do this properly, your process will be completed. Now, as for the teachers — they have the responsibility of verifying everything. Sometimes your full biodata appears on the computer screen, but they are unable to verify it properly, or they don’t pay attention, and because of that, such problems arise. So, even though you register, you are unable to receive the benefits. We, however, sitting at home, can still feel what’s going on in the system. That is our biggest learning experience, which we want to share with all of you. Even about Hamari Vani, we never asked anyone how to use it — but today, whatever respect and appreciation we receive from all of you is truly commendable.
