On 23rd September 2025, I went to Bhilport with my VI (Visually Impaired) ID card. There, my eye photo did not appear, which caused me a lot of trouble. The process was done by them, but they asked for a disability certificate. So, I want to know — what exactly is a disability certificate? Although my work was completed using fingerprint verification, I am worried that if my SIM card gets damaged or lost in the future, it might be difficult to get a replacement without the eye photo. In such a condition, when the eye photo does not appear, what should we do or not do? If any brothers or sisters have information on this, please share it immediately. I request this with folded hands because this kind of problem often happens to me. That’s why, through me, if anyone has information on how to get such a SIM card by some other means when the eye photo does not come, please record it.
