In Haryana, there is something called the Family ID, also known as Parivar Pehchan Patra. You need to get this made first. Once it is ready, your ration card can be created here. To get the Family ID made, you need to visit your nearest CSC (Common Service Center) or Antyodaya center. The officials there who deal with Antyodaya-related matters will provide the required guidance. You can go there and apply. Based on the same Aadhaar details, the Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) will be created. And using that, your APL/BPL ration card will be issued.
