Brother, if you want to get a Delhi Metro card made, then you need to visit a Delhi Metro station. The way you’re speaking or asking—this is not how it works, Yashwant ji, this isn’t Uttarakhand. If you want a Delhi Metro card, only a Delhi Metro card will be issued. Brother, just by your words, it’s clear that you’re referring to a city and also inquiring about the metro card, so you’ll need to go to any Delhi Metro station. Just tell them, “Sir, I want to make a Metro card.” The staff—be it officers, employees, or the ladies sitting there—will assist you. They will ask for your Aadhaar (ID), and then make your Metro card. You’ll need to pay the necessary charges, and your card will be made immediately. There’s no need to wander or go to any special place. It’s not like a UDID card, where a medical officer’s approval or a hospital visit is required. In the case of the Metro card, just go to any metro station and get it done. There’s no confusion or discrimination—like “this is only for persons with disabilities” or “this is only for others.” You can approach anyone at the metro station. Any official there will help you, even the security staff can guide you. Ideally, we shouldn't have to explain all this, but many of our friends don’t fully understand the process. That’s why we’re explaining it in this way—so that everyone can understand clearly. Our only intention is to take everyone along with us on this journey, and Hamari Vaani (Our Voice) also believes in including everyone. So, we take this pledge—to move forward together, with unity and understanding.
