Hi friends, good evening. This is Sutanjoy Seva Khar — how are you all? I know you must be busy with your respective work. I’m Dilpak Sharma from Delhi, Sonia Vihar, speaking here. I’m completely dedicated and I want to join directly through the "Sidhesh Manch" platform. Naresh Kumar, who is from Haryana, is saying that the SSC (Staff Selection Commission) has not accepted that the old guidelines are still in effect. But the reality is that they have no choice but to accept it, because the chronic guidelines are valid until 31st December 2025. So everyone will have to follow them till then. Whatever decisions are made for next year will apply only from next year onward. Honestly, we already knew this, but as for the rally — friends, it's not happening anymore. The rally only took place on two days: Monday and Wednesday. That means on Monday and Wednesday, the rally happened, and by Wednesday, it was already decided that the old guidelines will remain in effect until 31st December 2025. Whether the SSC Board agrees or not, it has to accept this, because if the Government of India has accepted it, then the SSC Board also has to comply. After all, the SSC Board is not above the Government of India. The SSC has to follow whatever directives the Government issues. Let’s wait and see what happens next year. But for now, until 31st December 2025, the chronic guidelines are in force, and the SSC Board will have to bow down to the authority of the Government of India. Alright, thank you!
