Many of our friends are very concerned about the matter of writers (scribes), so I want to inform you that on the 9th of this month, during a protest held by the National Federation of the Blind, which started on the 8th, it was decided that the same guidelines issued on August 1st will remain in effect until December 31st. Earlier, there was a change that SSC (Staff Selection Commission) would provide the writer, but now it has been decided that the old rule will continue until December 31st. That means you can bring your own writer (scribe) as per the previous rule, and SSC will not assign one to you. A final decision will be made after that about what to do going forward. So for now, you can bring your own writer. Thank you.
