Bokaro: Sanjay Pandey called from Gomia, Bokaro to talk about the failure of the Panchayat in availing proper healthcare avenues in the region. He said that the small building that was planned for a PHC in the region has now to turned shabby due to the poor governance of the Panchayat office.
