Palamu: Rajmani Yadav called from Lesliganj, Palamu to update about the offices of Rajhara panchayat remaining closed for MNREGA day on the 2nd April. The office is suppose to be a place for public visit three days a week but this has never brought to practice. The villagers constantly see locked doors of the panchayat office.
