Girdhari Prasad Mahto from Topchanchi, Dhanbad called to complain about the mismanagement by the Postal Department. He informed that, Kailash Prasad opened an insurance policy named "Gramin Jeevan Bima" with the Postal Department. Even after clearing all the policy terms he is not provided the amount by the postal department from last five months. He requested the concerned department to consider the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.
