Arpana Bara from Kanke block of Ranchi district called up to inform the listeners of JMR about the violence against women, and how to safeguard oneself. She informed that the government have come up with a new law, Domestic Violence Law 205 under which the females can raise their voices. The proceedings of this law are free of cost and the lawyer would also charge very minimal.
