Girdhari Prasad Mahto from Topchanchi block, Dhanbad district called up to report about illegal cutting of Palash trees in their area. He says that some people belonging to the area are chopping off the trees and polluting the environment as well as causing degradation of the forest. Villagers have requested the forest officials to look into the matter and stop deforestation with immediate effect.
