Rupak Mahto from Chaita Panchayat, Topchanchi block, Dhanbad district called up to express his concern over drop in wheat cultivation in Kherabera village due to shortage of water. He suggests to the government that if the wheat seeds were distributed for free by the government and check dams were made to store water for irrigation then this issue could have been resolved.
